Floral species originating in many parts of the world bloom in Madeira, as the island meets specific climatic conditions that allow species from both tropical and cold regions to flourish. The Flower Festival is a tribute to spring, and the celebration of metamorphosis and rebirth, fertility and the abundance of the flowers that colour, perfume and inebriate the surrounding environment and that give value and take the good name of this tourist destination across borders.

Foram cerca de 40 os “jovens” de 3ª idade do Centro de dia do Caniço que visitaram esta manhã as instalações da Quinta do Campo.
Inseridos nas comemorações do dia Mundial da Árvore alguns dos idosos tiveram a oportunidade de plantar uma árvore que fará parte deste belo jardim. Após um alegre convívio foi possível também conhecer a produção de Proteas e passear pelos jardins de Astromeiras.

During springtime, when Quinta do Campo gardens are almost all flowering, Quinta will organize various events for our visitors.
Being a major product of Quinta do Campo Proteins during spring they are all at full flowering beauty giving a glow and a variety of colors where the predominant yellow, salmon, red and green in the Fifth landscape.

Inserted into the Arbor Day celebration we invite everyone to help plant a tree in Quinta do Campo!
From 14h on 20 March and from 9:30 on the 21st, the farm's doors are open to the public to learn how to plant trees.

Opened last July 30 another phase of redevelopment work of the Quinta do Campo.
This event was attended by the officials, including the President of Madeira Dr. Alberto João Jardim Regional Government and the Regional Secretary for the Environment Manuel Antonio.
This official visit was possible to visit the works of redevelopment in the warehouse and barn as well as noting the good advice that the President of the Government gave Mr. Avelino Vieira mentor project.
